Registration is now open for Autumn in St. Jacobs. Certified Zentangle Teachers and anyone who has taken a Basics class from a CZT are invited to attend.

The Retreat Includes:
- Unique workshops taught by talented Certified Zentangle Teachers.
- Four days of classes with free time to attend the nearby St. Jacobs Market, enjoy open studio time, sightsee or go shopping at the many boutiques and Antique Market
- All Buffet style meals – continental breakfast, lunch, dinner & refreshments
- A custom TangleOn Tote bag to carry all your swag.
- All special art papers and most art supplies needed for each class. You only need to bring your Basic supplies, favourite pens, pencils etc.
- Vendors for your shopping convenience.
- Free parking in a nearby municipal parking lot.
- Numerous FUN surprises!
What is NOT included:
- Accomodation – several choices of airbnbs, bnbs, hotels (at St. Jacobs Farmer’s Market (5 min drive); also hotels, etc in the City of Waterloo (1o min drive). Check the “Accommodation & Travel for St. Jacobs” page for links regarding accomodations and travel options.
- Special Dietary Foods – Buffet Style meals will include a large assortment including Vegan and Vegetarian options. If you requre specific items for special dietary restrictions, you are welcome to bring them as we cannot guarantee or be respnsible for cross contamination.
- Alcohol – As per Smart Serve Ontario bylaws, alcohol cannot be served or allowed.
Cancellation Policy: The circumstances and the new reality we live in has changed the way “in person” events are being conducted. Therefore small businesses such as ours have to adapt to these developments. Because of signed contracts and supply services, we cannot offer refunds if you need to cancel. Therefore if you feel that there may be a change in your circumstances or situation, we recommend you purchase an Event/Trip cancellation insurance policy from your personal trusted insurance provider. However, if you choose not to use outside trip insurance, you will receive a credit towards any upcoming TangleOn event such as Spring Fling Elora 2025 and later on. Otherwise all fees for TangleOn enrollments are non-refundable, as we are fully committed to our service providers in the same way.
Fee and Payment Options:
- Early Bird Special – $700 Cdn (valid until Feb 29, 2024)
- Regular Conference Fee – $850 Cdn (as of March1, 2024 or until seats are filled)
Payment Plan – Deposit $ 350 Cdn until Feb. 29 to hold your spot and balance of $450 Cdn paid by May 31, 2024
- Note – All fees include 13% HST Cdn taxes.
