Registration is now open for Spring Fling Elora. Certified Zentangle Teachers and anyone who has taken a Basics class from a CZT are invited to attend.
Dates: Thurs. May 8, 2025 at 2:00 pm to Sun. May 11, 2025 at 2:00 pm
Location: Wellington County Museum, 0536 Wellington Rd 18, Fergus, ON N1M2W3
The Retreat Includes:
- Unique workshops taught by talented Certified Zentangle Teachers.
- Four days of classes with free time to attend the nearby attractions, enjoy open studio time, sightsee or go shopping.
- All Casual Buffet style meals – continental breakfast, lunch, dinner to go & refreshments
- A custom TangleOn Tote bag to carry all your swag.
- All special art papers and most art supplies needed for each class. You only need to bring your basic supplies, favourite pens, pencils etc.
- Vendors for your shopping convenience.
- Free parking.
- FUN surprises!
What is NOT included:
- Accommodation – several choices of airbnbs, bnbs, hotels are available. Check the Accommodation & Travel page page for links regarding a good option for you.
- Special Dietary Foods – Buffet Style meals will include a varied assortment including Vegetarian and Vegan options. If you require specific items for special dietary restrictions, you are welcome to bring them as we cannot guarantee or be responsible for cross contamination.
- Alcohol – As per Smart Serve Ontario bylaws, alcohol cannot be served or permitted.
Cancellation Policy:
The circumstances and the new reality we live in has changed the way “in person” events are being conducted. Therefore small businesses such as ours have to adapt to these developments. Because of signed contracts and supply services, we cannot offer refunds if you need to cancel. Therefore if you think that there might be a change in your circumstances or situation, we recommend you purchase an Event/Trip cancellation insurance policy from your personal trusted insurance provider. However, if you choose not to use outside trip insurance, and you have a legitimate medical reason, we can offer you a partial credit towards the next TangleOn event ONLY. Otherwise all fees for TangleOn enrollments are non-refundable, as we are fully committed to our service providers in the same way.

Fee and Payment Options:
Elora 2025 Conference Fee – $950 Cdn (or until seats are filled)
Payment Plan – $450 Cdn nonrefundable deposit with balance of $550 Cdn to be paid on or before Jan.31, 2025.
Note – All fees include 13% HST Cdn taxes.
