Registration is officially open for TangleOn Spring Fling 2027! Certified Zentangle Teachers and anyone who has completed a Basics class with a CZT are warmly invited to join us for four days of creativity, connection, and inspiration.

What’s Included
- Expert Instruction: Unique workshops taught by talented CZT’s.
- Meals & Refreshments: All casual buffet-style meals included (light breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and daily refreshments).
- Retreat Swag & Materials: A custom TangleOn Tote bag, special art papers, and most project supplies needed for each class. (You only need to bring your basic supply kit with your favorite pens and pencils).
- Extras: On-site vendors for your shopping convenience, free parking, and fun surprises throughout the event!
What Is NOT Included
- Accommodations: Overnight stays are not included. Several local options (B&Bs, hotels, and AirBnBs) are available—please check our Accommodation & Travel page for recommendations.
- Specialized Dietary Foods: Buffet meals include a varied selection with vegetarian and vegan options. Because we cannot guarantee or be responsible for cross-contamination, attendees with strict dietary restrictions are welcome to bring their own food items.
- Alcohol: Per Smart Serve Ontario regulations, alcohol is strictly prohibited on the premises.
Registration Fees & Payment Options
All prices are in CAD and include 13% HST.
- Early bird Special — Pay in Full: $895 CAD due upon registration (ends Nov.1,2026 or at full capacity).
- Payment Plan: $500 CAD non-refundable deposit upon registration, with the balance of $650 CAD due on or before January 31, 2027.
- Regular Fees: Pay in full CAD $995 starting Nov.1, 2026.

Policies & Disclaimers
- Cancellation Policy: Due to signed contracts and upfront supply commitments, all TangleOn enrollment fees are non-refundable. We strongly advise purchasing event/trip cancellation insurance from your personal insurance provider. In cases of legitimate medical emergencies without third-party insurance, a partial credit towards the next TangleOn event may be offered at our discretion.
