We welcome all Certified Zentangle Teachers and anyone who has taken a Basics class under the guidance of a CZT are welcome to participate.
DATES: Thurs. Oct. 1, 2026 at 2:00 pm to Sun. Oct. 4, 2026 at 2:00 pm
The Retreat Includes:
- Unique classes, specifically created for Autumn in Elora, and taught by CZT’s.
- Three plus days of classes, including Art Bar, with open studio in the evenings.
- All meals, including three dinners, three lunches, three light breakfasts, and six refreshment breaks. A casual buffet style service is offered for all meals.
- A custom TangleOn tote bag to carry all your artistic materials.
- Special art papers and most supplies such as waterclours, brushes, specific pens etc. needed for each class are included. Kindly bring your favourite basic supplies and any favourite pens, coloured pencils etc you desire.
- CZT vendors for your shopping delight.

What is not included:
- Accommodation – several choices of airbnbs, bnbs, and hotels etc. in Elora, Fergus and the surrounding cities of Guelph and Waterloo are available on the “Accommodation & Travel page. Check there for links.
- Special Dietary Foods – buffet style meals will include a varied assortment including vegetarian and vegan options. If you require specific items for special dietary restrictions, you are welcome to bring them as we cannot guarantee or be responsible for cross contamination.
- Alcohol – As per Smart Serve Ontario bylaws, alcohol cannot be served or permitted.
Cancellation Policy:
The new reality we live in has changed the way “in person” events are being conducted. Therefore, small businesses such as ours have to adapt to these developments. Because of signed contracts and supply services, we cannot offer refunds if you need to cancel. Therefore, if you think that there might be a change in your circumstances or situation, we recommend you purchase an Event/Trip cancellation insurance policy from your personal trusted insurance provider. However, if you choose not to use outside trip insurance, and you have a legitimate medical reason, we can offer you a partial credit towards the next TangleOn event as long as we are holding them. Otherwise, all fees for TangleOn enrollments are non-refundable, as we are fully committed to our service providers in the same way.

While we do our utmost to have a commitment from each instructor, this may be subject to change because of unforeseen circumstances.
Fee & Payment Options:
Regular Conference Fee – $950 CAD (until seats are filled)
Early Bird Special – $850 CAD (until March 31, 2026)
Payment Plan – $450 CAD nonrefundable deposit with balance of $550 CAD to be paid on or before July 1, 2026.
Note – All fees include 13% HST CAD taxes.
