Jerryann Hamilton CZT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

\"\"<\/a>Jerryann believes everyone is an artist and getting in touch with the creative is essential to nuture one’s spirit. She also is a firm believer in play-based learning. For her, art has to be fun, enjoyable, and contribute to one’s sense of wellbeing. This has led her to an exploration of form and colour working with oils, watercolour, acrylic, carving, sculpture, stained glass, mixed media, book binding and Zentangle. A passionate learner, Jerryann has both studied art and taught in many forms and with all ages including workshops and classes across Canada and the US. A CZT 12, Jerryann finds that Zentangle opens the door for people who have been hesitant to produce their own artistic expressions and has its own unique healing qualities. Ontario born, she has lived by the ocean in British Columbia for the past 30 years, and just recently moved back to rural Ontario. She loves that Zentangle has given her rich friendships wherever she is.<\/p>\n

Beatrice Aronas CZT<\/strong><\/p>\n

Beatrice is a native of Lithuania living in New York, USA. She is an artisan who\"\"<\/a> enjoys working with metal jewelry, wire looping, knitting, crochet, and other handcrafts. She discovered Zentangle\u00ae as a way to relax and cultivate a sense of calm, and in 2016 (Class 22) she became a Certified Zentangle Teacher (CZT). She has been teaching Zentangle ever since. Beatrice shares Zentangle at retreats, in community settings, drug rehabilitation centers, private classes, and with friends and family. Her approach is inclusive and welcoming, emphasizing creativity as a path toconnection and well-being.As a yoga teacher, Beatrice sees many similarities between yoga and Zentangle. Both practices encourage mindfulness, self-acceptance, and a non-judgmental, non-
competitive way of being. Educated as a journalist and a lover of books and travel,
Beatrice is especially drawn to Zentangle for its inexhaustible possibilities for self-expression using simple lines and dots, and for its power to bring people together. She offers a workshop titled \u201cWriting a Letter, the Zentangle Way.\u201d<\/p>\n

Yvonne Westover CZT<\/strong><\/p>\n

Yvonne is a Certified Zentangle Teacher ™ (Seminar 13) who also holds a degree in Fine Art. A lifelong artist, she often enjoys the process more than the outcome. Her work has\"\"<\/a> been published and produced in magazines, calendars, stationery and accessories. She has led art workshops, camps and school programs for young and old since 2012. Yvonne grew up next door to Toronto\u2019s Airport and when she\u2019s not making art, she spends her time with her head in the clouds as a Flight Attendant. Yvonne is a collector of patterns & pebbles, the dessert menu is required reading and snow is her favourite season! She is thrilled to be returning to teach at TangleOn’s Spring Fling & Autumn in Elora this year and is excited to be developing a new workshop just for this event. Her travels are sure to inspire something interesting!\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Chari-Lynn Rethmeier CZT\"\"<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

Chari-Lynn is a Three year Honours graduate of Georgian College School of Design and Visual Arts. She has been working as an artist since 1997.\u00a0 Chari-Lynn trained as a Certified Zentangle Teacher in October 2010, CZT #4, teaching Zentangle since completing her training, both in person and now online, to individual, small and large groups and at a variety of schools including the Haliburton School of Design and Visual Arts, Blue Mountain Foundation of the Arts, Barrie Art Club and ArtSpark.<\/p>\n

Kelly Barone CZT<\/strong><\/p>\n

Kelly is an art educator, and artist who loves to play with new ideas. Working in\"\"<\/a> watercolor, pen and ink, botanical alchemy and illustration, nature has a heavy influence on much of her work. She has taught and exhibited both domestically and internationally in multiple mediums and regularly works with varied populations. Owner of Whimsy by Kelly, you can find her in her studio located in the historic district of Allentown in Downtown Buffalo NY inside Hiraeth House. \u201cI believe art is for everyone, my youngest student is 4 and my oldest is 97. You can do this, you just have to remember that your imagination is magic\u201d.<\/p>\n

Ting Su CZT<\/strong><\/h3>\n

\"\"<\/a>Chin-Tin Su (Ting Su) is an artist & CZT Asia #2. Ting has been a creative for as long as she can remember. Drawing, bookbinding, graphic design, metalsmithing, foil stamping, wool felt, patchwork, calligraphy, mixed media, decoupage, henna, origami, photography and gardening are her interests. With both a Master of Art and a Master of Fine Art degrees, Ting is inclined to incorporate many unique techniques, bringing the Zentangle art form to inspiring new levels.\u00a0 Sharing her knowledge with her friends and students in Canada and in Taiwan, is an important part of Ting\u2019s life. Sheila Jarvie CZT<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sheila discovered Zentangle\u00ae in 2013 and became a Certified Zentangle Teacher that\"\" <\/a>same year. She also became a Neurographic Specialist in 2020 and enjoys combining it with the Zentangle method. Now retired, teaching was the foundation of her working career in the public education system, health care and senior community support. Recently, she has been involved in developing and offering online art courses via Zoom. Artistic interests include acrylics, stained glass, calligraphy, fabric arts, Neurographica and Zentangle. Sheila lives in the town of Wellesley, near Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario in the heart of Mennonite country. She is a lifelong learner and gets great enjoyment in sharing different art forms with others. The blessing of two young grandsons brings her great joy, love and inspiration. Sheila is excited to participate in Autumn in Elora 2026.<\/p>\n

Beth Adams CZT<\/strong><\/h3>\n

\"\"<\/a>Beth is a fun loving artist and a lifelong learner. Her friends would say she has a giving and sharing spirit and always wears a smile. She spent her teaching career first as a secondary school Family Studies teacher then as a Librarian.<\/p>\n

In retirement Beth found Zentangle and\u00a0 became a CZT 20. In addition to her Zentangle activities, Beth also does Calligraphy, Chinese Brush Painting, Book Binding and Jewelry Making. Her greatest joy is helping others whenever she can.<\/p>\n

Rashim Bhargava CZT<\/strong><\/p>\n

Rashim is a CZTEU#4 and an accomplished educator and artist with nearly 30 years of\"\"<\/a> experience in teaching. Her passion for literacy earned her the Nation Builders Award, while her deep love for art shapes her current endeavors. Her art is driven by a deep belief in the power of creativity to connect and spread sunshine. Rashim\u2019s love for Zentangle is rooted in its therapeutic qualities, where she combines teaching, well-being, and art to help others unwind, and tap into their inner creativity. As a retired Principal, Rashim now blends her expertise in education and art, sharing the transformative qualities of Zentangle through workshops that foster creativity, peace, and personal satisfaction. She co-founded the Zen Gulf Caf\u00e9, where she continues to promote the Zentangle Method, helping individuals from diverse backgrounds connect through art. Her workshops focus on more than just learning techniques; they aim to create a sense of joy, community, and mindfulness. Rashim\u2019s art style combines traditional elements with contemporary influences, reflecting a rich cultural diversity. She also enjoys applying her background in furnishing design to create functional art pieces. Through her social media presence as Vyaan Art, Rashim inspires to embrace creativity, build meaningful connections, spread warmth and encouragement across borders.<\/p>\n

Brenda Shaver CZT<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Brenda is the founder and host of TangleOn Retreats in Ontario, Canada. She found the Zentangle Method \u00ae in January 2012, and became a CZT 8 the following month in Providence, Rhode Island. Immediately she knew this amazing art form was special and a natural progression to her already innovative career.\u00a0 Brenda has spent her entire life involved in the arts and crafts industry as an entrepreneur and teacher. She is a passionista about bringing people together and learning from others. Brenda is a personal testament that the benefits of Zentangle work as she shares its magic in workshops and retreats with students of every age and ability.\u00a0 Creativity, inspiration, and imagination are constant everyday necessities for Brenda. Her other interests include spending as much time as possible with her three grandchildren and her family. Life is Good!<\/p>\n\n\n
