Life Just Can’t Get Any Better !

My 5 yr old ( almost 6 ) granddaughter made this for her Mother's Day gift to her Mom. She drew and tangled it with a Pigma Sensi pen and used Tombows for colour. she loves the Blending Pen.

Every chance I get I love to spend time with Cecilia and watch her eyes light up when she creates something new.  This is her beautiful Dr. Seuss artwork she did for her Mom for Mother’s Day.  My granddaughter and I had a wonderful time together .  She is 5  (almost 6) and was so excited to make this for her Mom. She drew and tangled it with a Pigma Sensi pen and used Tombows for colour. BTW she loves the Blending Pen.

OH! and please keep it quiet… her Mom doesn’t know. Cecilia hid it under her bed and she very emphatically informed me ” Mommy won’t look there”!  What a delightful child! I am so lucky to be her Grammy! Life just can’t get any better!

Zentangle land here in Guelph, Ontario has been very very  busy lately. I have not had  time to get on the computer. My emails  tend to get answered via my Iphone just because I can use it anywhere, anytime.  I have been fighting a case of bronchitis that just doesn’t  want to go away.  But I feel much better since the nice, sunny, warm days are finally here.  The sun ALWAYS makes me feel SO good.

Meanwhile  lots of Zentangle classes have been happening  along with making dozens of new Zentangle friends.  It has been very exciting meeting and remeeting up with so many enthusiastic tanglers while we continue on our journey of Zentangle classes.  Everyday I thank my lucky stars that Zentangle found me just over a year ago.

Plus last weekend we had a lovely time when our longtime friends from Barrie when they came for a wonderful weekend along with my sons and their families.  What a great time we had catching up and enjoying delicious meals courtsey of my husband who loves to cook. Frankly I only cook when I have to…I would rather be doing Zentangle. LOL

Have a wonderful week and don’t forget to TANGLE!
